Ui policy working only on catalog form not on RITM

I have created some UI policies to make some fields visible only on choosing some certain option from a select box variable. It is working on catalog item form but after submitting the request i can see all the fields on the RITM form which i have restricted to not to be visible. Please post some solution its urgent.

There are 3 variable fields are there.. a text box, a reference field and a description.I have created the ui policy to hide these fields if a option is selected. It is working on the form but after submitting the requests all these fields are coming in RITM form

Can you please try increasing the order of UI Policy? Just set It 10000 for example and see If same behaviour still persists.

Please make sure to check If your UI Policy is effective on RITM level.

 

Please make sure "Applies on Requested Items" is selected while creating the UI Policy
