Unable to bring Standard change model to the change Interceptor

Hi All,

I'm unable to bring the standard change model to the Interceptor Page

I'm only able to see two change models , how can i bring the other one to this  card. And if i go to Interceptor also, there are two available for change , but questions are different, Not sure where this cards are coming from.

Can anyone help bring in the standard change model to this above card.

Go to the module Change Models and make Standard Change Active:

@Ambika Sekar Here are the steps to enable the change model for standard change.

Navigate to Change Models module

2. Find the Standard Change Model row and set 'Available in Create new to true'

This is how it looks once enabled.
