Unable to Edit Catalog Item in Catalog Builder that I Updated Using Catalog Builder

I updated an existing Catalog Item in Catalog Builder and it's in the Published state.  When I go in Catalog Builder and select the catalog item and then select Edit to make some changes I get an error that says This Items cannot be check out.  If it was just published, please try after some time.  I made changes and published it 3 days ago.  I'm not sure why I can't make changes now.

I am receiving the same error message. What version of ServiceNow are you in?

 

We are on the Rome version of ServiceNow.

I'm getting this error also.  I'm using Rome currently, but expect to upgrade to San Diego on 11 June.  Did you get a solution to this?

Hi, We are also facing the same. We are in 'San Diego Patch 6'.
