unable to find request type condition in SLA defination

Which table you are selecting , while creating SLA..??

Is "Request type" is field available on "sc_task" form or its a variable ..??

If its field it should display in condition...there should not be any problem

If its variable then you can dot-walk to variables ,,,like below
