Unable to Order a catalog item in service portal using ATF - Got stuck in this step

I got stuck at this step. Can someone please help me find a solution to this.

From your screenshot, it looks like you haven't set the mandatory variable values, which is likely causing the errors and why your ATF is stuck at this step. Please ensure that all mandatory variables are filled with appropriate values before submitting the form. You can use the "Set Variable Values (SP)" test step to assign the correct values.

I am using the "Set Variable Values (SP)" test step but I was not able to see the order confirmation page and Business justification filed in the test step.

Could you please provide solution for that.

Ohh okay, then you might need to use validation step after using set variable sp step, so that you can see in that step wheather the values are entered correctly or not also try to see the execution and see values are entering or not so that we can proceed accordingly.
