unable to push the notifications to Teams MS

i have integrated MS teams with the ServiceNow for the notification , but i am unable to push the notification . below is the error logs, please help on it what is the reason 

log:

Hi @hemanth40 We are seeing same messages in the system log. How did you resolve those?

no worries, figured it out. We need to enable the notifications for all users for that cannel from Conversational.
