Unable to remove users from Watch List with single click in ESC Service Catalog

We are experiencing an issue in Employee Service Center (ESC) when using a Service Catalog item that contains a Watch List / multi-user field.
Users displayed in the Watch List appear as tags with an “X” icon to remove them. However, when clicking the “X”, the user is not removed on the first click. In many cases, we need to click the “X” multiple times before the user is actually removed.
This behavior impacts usability and causes confusion for users.

is this happening all the time for all users on that catalog item?
how about other catalog item having list collector? does it behave the same?
If it's platform wide then raise a case with ServiceNow.
