Hello Bharath,

Theoretically once reset pwd or unlock acct is committed you can issue the other transaction.

What kind of error are you facing? Are you able to check the logs and see the error that is triggerring when you try to reset for the second time?

Thanks,

Dravvy

Are using LDAP ? user data are coming from AD ?

Bharath,

There is a property in Password Reset (Password Reset > Properties in the Application Navigator) called Number of minutes a user needs to wait to reset/change password after the last successful reset/change. If this amount of time has not yet passed, you will not be able to reset the password a second time. If the reason you need to change the password again so soon is for testing, you can set this value to one. If I remember, the default value sets it to 24 hours (mine is already changed for testing purposes).

Hi Ben,

Can you please show me where can I find this property?
