Need a quick help.
I have a standard window decommission change request which is automated through flow designer to change the life cycle stage and status to retire once all the tasks are closed, but it has been observed that the once the retirement is complete, there are crumbs of those CO belonging to different class still in an installed state and relationship still intact. I was able to look up for records for window server and retire it then when I query the base table to check the remaining CI containing the same name but belong to a different class, I do not get any return value from the action look up records , whereas the relationship I am able to delete. Did someone work on this kind of use case ?
