Unable to see Article Body in creating or editing of KB Articles

We noticed recently that all our users with the Knowledge role are no longer able to edit or create new articles.

The Article body box doesn't show

Confirmed they have the needed roles, and it works for myself (but I have admin)

we have the same issue, but admin is also not able to view. We upgraded to Zurich this morning. We don't have this issue in Dev or UAT.

that worked, i just spent time trying to get that removed.. 

Could you please provide steps to add this role.
Now we were facing this issue in Zurich update .Users were unable to view or edit article body
