Unable to see Article Body in creating or editing of KB Articles

We noticed recently that all our users with the Knowledge role are no longer able to edit or create new articles.

The Article body box doesn't show

Confirmed they have the needed roles, and it works for myself (but I have admin)

I added this role and that worked: snc_required_script_writer_permission

So for us we have the following
I have a Group called Knowledge Contributors
In there they have the following roles

All the ones that start with Knowledge

and then the snc_required_script_writer_permission 

 

I have our conditions script writer set to assigned only, since Zurich was giving it to everyone
if you want to make that change, you have to be a security admin
then open the Scripting Governance Tool and set to Manual Configuration
