Unable to see Attach Button on Incident KB article Related Search

Hi all,

 

I am Unable to see the Attach Button on the below Highlighted place can anyone know where can I enable that button so I can attach Kb on INC or PRB form.

Hi @Aryan 

Go to Contextual search > Table configuration

Look for record created for incident and set UI type as Platform

By default UI type is selected as Platform.

@Aryan The Attach button is not available on a new record. It becomes available once the record is saved on the database.

Correct , but you can preview and order even without saving as well.
