Unable to see dashboard

Hi All,

I have created a dashboard and shared it to everyone.

But the users were not even able to search for that dashboard.Even as a admin I was not able to see that in filter

Can someone please help me here what I was missing.

Hi Shraddha,

That is fine,in this way we can see dashboard,but I can go to all users/agents to do the same.Any other suggestion will be good

Hi @VanamaA ,

Check the dashboard permission in 'pa_dashboards_permissions' , make sure related user/group are granted access. Verify if you are able to access the report.

If a dashboard is filtered out, ensure there are no applied filters in the dashboard module itself (sometimes invisible dashboard filters or browser cache issues persist even for admins) or check the direct shared link and try to open the dashboard.

Just Want to add one point,what ever i was able to see the dashboards in the filter all these are created in par_dashboard table.

Have you remembered to add the dashboard visibility? 

Click the "i" icon:

and add in visibility according to your need:

It is updated as platform Analytics by default
