Unable to see header when i access PDI

No header or left explorer on UI. due to which not able to navigate to incidents , Requests etc.

Hi @shirishamir 

 

It seems the PDI is not fully loaded. Try to refresh the PDI by going to developer.servicenow.com or try clearing the cache. If that doesn’t work, release this instance and take a new one.

Thankyou for response, but tried clearing cache , tried via different browser too and this is my second instance ( I faced same issue with first instance.
