Hello Everyone,
I've created a report on RITM table and in the columns, I've selected the columns from RITM variables. As an admin I can able to see the variables in report but for ITIL users the columns are not visible. Any ideas on why this is not visible?
Note: This catalog item is in a custom application and the ITIL user has all the necessary roles related to the custom app

Hi @JK9903,
answers from variables are stored in different table (question_answer) than ritms (sc_req_item), so it is likely that the itil users don't have visibility to that variable table...
Check the read and report access for itil on that table

Hi @GlideFather ,
Thank you for your response, I've checked the ACL for the question_answer table and it has a read and report_view ACL for catalog_admin role. I gave this role to the ITIL grp still unable to see the variables in the report

OK @JK9903, I am running out of ideas, but when it comes to reviewing any of the access rights, I use the Access Analyser, you can give it a try as well:
Select a user, table and optionally fields to better understand the security applied in that case. Not sure if that help but you can give it a try

seems user doesn't have read access on these related tables
-> sc_item_option_mtom
-> sc_item_option
Try to use access analyzer and see
Also add report_view acl to sc_req_item and the above 2 tables and check
