Unable to Translate Service Catalog

Hi,

 

I was trying to translate my new Catalog Items, I go to System Localization>Translated Name fields and enter these entries for different Languages:

Let say this is in Chinese Language the "Create or Change a Shared or Group Mailbox" was already in Translated Name fields but was not being translated. Any help please? Been struggling for this, is there something I need to change? The other items were previously translated by our third party support. Thanks.

Did you find the solution? I'm facing the same issue with Italian. Every other language was translated by a partner company and only the cat_items translation in Italian isn't working for "Can we help you" on the self-service homepage.

I did find the solution for my problem:


Title of Record Producer not translated on Homepage



did you translate the name of the catalog item in the table "translated text" under System localization?


after doing so it was translated in my homepage.
