Hello guys ,
we currently receiving a lot of undeliverable emails, and this looks unusual because the recipients addresses are real .
At body shows the line with the error message > Remote Server returned '550 5.7.1 RESOLVER.RST.NotAuthorizedToGroup; not authorized to send to the distribution list
Everything in the config incident notifications is normal.
any thoughts?

If that's the case then it indicates an issue on the system SN is trying to send to. The 550 error is saying "You don't have permission to send to this group." Check with the admin of the receiving system to ensure the DL is configured properly. For example, your Exchange admin may need to make the DL available to external recipients.

Hi,
A little more information is required here. Where are you seeing these messages? Is the SN instance getting these when trying to deliver to a DL on your server?
