Undelivered Emails

Hi,
In my Email Logs (sys_email) table if i search in Subject as "Undeliverable" there are thousands of emails. It is overpopulating my email box. Can anyone help me , why is this issue occurring for Incidents and Catalog tasks?
The TYPE of emails is "Received" or "Received-ignored" and STATE is "Ignored".
The Error String is "Sender 'postmaster@domain.com' is not trusted, bypassing script 'Update Approval Request'"
Can anyone help me fix this issue?

Have you checked the email properties on your instance , looking if this domain is marked as not trusted?

In Email properties we have marked two domains as trusted.
In incident inbound action is working fine and activity logs are getting updated too. But some mails in the Email logs are marked as Ignored and having subject as "Undeliverable". Can you tell me , why is this so?

check for your email properties and also see if the domain which is added is part of trusted domain. I hope that will help...
