In our skipped updates during our Paris upgrade I ran into something called universal requests, but have only found limited documentation on it. Does anyone know exactly what it does and how much it changes things to enable the plugin?

ServiceNow's response on this was basically that it's a work in progress and will become more clear how to make use of it in later releases.

The Quebec version has brought clarity around what this is used for.
