【Urgency】User criteria (Guest User) cannot be removed from the Knowledge Base

Cannot remove Guest user set to CanRead in Knowledge Base.
I clicked the Edit button, removed the user criterion Guest User from the Can Read List, and clicked the Save button, but it has not disappeared from CanRead. Why is this?

did you check any OOB business rule is stopping it from getting removed?

Business rules were not checked. Can you tell me the name of that Business Rule?

I am not aware of any such BR.

Please enable debug business rule and see which business rule is blocking the removal.

OR

you can check if any BR is written on this table which is stopping this "kb_uc_can_read_mtom" table

There was no Business Rule that interfered with the Guest User's Romove of User criteria...
