URGENT!!!!!
I need a simple way to notify Teams users for any updates on ServiceNow Incident records.
Since the incoming webhook will be abolished sometime soon, I need an alternative way to do a simple notifications.
I tried using MS workflows, but it didn't work properly.
*Notifications are to be delivered to a individual user, not channels.
