Urgent - Task Time Worked for RITM

Hi Team,

There is a field "Time Worked" I have added to RITM form, however it is not capturing the value when I generate the report for task_time_worked table. However catalog tasks and incident captures it and display the value when pulled through report. Also, I have noticed that the value of "Time Worked" field in RITM page starts from 00:00:00 everytime I reload/refresh the form, however for catalog tasks and incidents "Time Worked" the value resumes from where it was last updated(for example, if the value is a 00:02:45 after reload it will start from 00:02:46).

Please advice on the values not getting captured. Relevant screenshots are added below.

Hi,

I'm not sure but I believe that the time worked field does not work for the RITM table.

I know others have created a "total time worked" or something to that extent on the RITM table and then used that field to merge/add all child tasks time worked fields to that field for an overall worked time.

Thank you for your response.

I have created "Total Time Worked" field as well for RITM to fetch the consolidated time worked on RITM and all the corresponding catalog tasks under it. However, I have simply pulled this "Time Worked" field through form available out of the box. I have used this field in my personal instance and it works fine there but the development instance where I am stuck refreshes  to 00:00:00 all the time a page is either reloaded or something is save in RITM.

Please advise on this regard.

Please go to System Properties > UI Properties and toggle the pause timer when form is loaded.

It's the time stated on form load, if you uncheck that, it won't start automatically when the form loads.

Hi Allen,

Pause timer is already checked to start. Time Worked makes a proper pause on incident and catalog task tables however on RITM only the issue is persists for refresh of time worked from 00:00:00.

Also I have noticed that the time worked field in RITM doesn't have stop symbol at the last while other forms does have as below.
