URL Conversion In Hyperlink for Incident BR for comment field is not working correctly

Hello 

I was trying BR for conversion of URL in clickable Hyperlink for comment on Incident form 

It is converting URL in clickable hyperlink but with that it is appending string URL which is not required 

I would just want the Hyperlink but not the URL text.
