Hello Everyone, iam trying to add users to the groups in UAT instance, but users are not getting added to the groups. but iam able to add them in other two instances, can anyone please help me on what  the issue is ?

Are you getting any error, or is the user unable to access Incua, or something else? Could you please share a screenshot?”

Hi @MerupaliPraveen 

 

1. Click your user profile icon (top right), select Elevate Roles, check security_admin and click OK.

Then try adding the users again

 

2. After clicking Save/Update, check the top of the form for any hidden errors.

 

3. Add that user to other group and check if it is getting added, if added, revert the change.
