Hi there
i have a user criteria which works fine, but that does not restrict a user which the catalog item is available for requesting for a user that does not meet the criteria.
is there a way to restrict access based on requested for variable
if you provide a example would be great
Thanks
Levino

Hi,
So you will have to discuss this with your business team for the requirement.
And apply some reference qualifier in the requested_for reference variable to show only those users which satisfy the current catalog item user criteria

Hi,
to whom the message is being shown "Item is unavailable for this user."
Is that for itil or non-itil users?
