How to reset 'Remember my decision' when exporting to Excel

Hi folks,

Can anyone please help the confirmation dialog in exporting reports in ServiceNow on the bulk data exporting to Excel.       I have a client who ticked 'Remember my decision' by 'Mail it' so each time it he has to wait for the email.

Is there a way this settings can be reset?

I had the same problem.



Clearing History didn't help.



U need to go to - User Preferences - export_warn - and delete "email" in Value field.

This should be mostly related to user preference setting. You can go user preference and search by keywords something like "remember my decision".


Please let me know if you are blocked.

Thanks for that.   Do you know where to find the user preferences? Is it in a table or in the user profiles?   I can see Notification Preferences in the profiles, so I assume it would be in a table?


just found a table User Preference and suspecting the reporting_ prefix settings

I just had this exact issue.



You need to clear your browsing history to get the 'Please confirm' window to appear again.



There is no user preference for this, it is all client side.
