User need access to Knowledge Articles in Draft State

Please advice
which role need to give to get access for draft knowledge article

Hi @Ramu8 

 

1. Ensure under path Knowledge > Administration > Properties  in Application Navigator , following property unchecked. Test now.

Show unpublished articles in Knowledge Base portal and search results (does not apply to Global Text Search results)

 

Refer: Knowledge Articles in Draft state can be seen on Portal 

 

2. If point 1 does not fix your issue , refer: Knowledge Management roles

Though we can achive this we need to understand thebuse case of getting access in draft state.

 

Ideally its not good practice to provide the users access to article in draft state. It should be only to author
