Hi Ramu8,
"knowledge_manager" is recommended if they need to see and manage drafts from multiple users. "knowledge_contributor" is for those who only need to work on their own draft articles and have the right Knowledge Base permissions.

Hi @Ramu8
1. Ensure under path Knowledge > Administration > Properties in Application Navigator , following property unchecked. Test now.
Show unpublished articles in Knowledge Base portal and search results (does not apply to Global Text Search results)
Refer: Knowledge Articles in Draft state can be seen on Portal
2. If point 1 does not fix your issue , refer: Knowledge Management roles

Hi @Ramu8
Though we can achive this we need to understand thebuse case of getting access in draft state.
Ideally its not good practice to provide the users access to article in draft state. It should be only to author

Hello @Ramu8 , There are couple of properties under Knowledge > Administration > Properties control this. By default, only knowledge_admin and admin can see the Draft articles. However, you can modify as per your requirement as stated below:
1. Ensure its checked as below:
2. Add the required separated by comma in the below one.
