User profile getting locked out automatically for specific user every 3, 4 mins once

Hi All,

There is one issue with one specific user (its not with all users) where "locked out" in user profile is getting updated to true every 3 ,4 mins once . i made it false multiple times, even though after 3 4 mins it is making that field to  true . I tried checking "Failed login attempts" field value on user profile , every 10 secs once value is getting increased , once it reaches 6 then user profile gets locked out and again if we make that field to false them same thing is repeating continuously. is it  issue service now or ad issue since we integrated with azure ad?  

This user is not a new user , this is happening only today and its happening only for one user. Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

Hi Mahesh,

Seems, user's profile is being used for some integration with incorrect password or so. Did you give it a check?

Hi Teju ,

My issue is completely different , here user is using right password and through sso . it is allowing user to login but after 5 mins it is getting locked out.
