When a user reports that they are not able to see modules on the application navigator, what can you do,
to see what modules are visible to them?
Intiate the connect chat session ? Or

Impersonate the user ?

I think the first thing we need to do when we receive a report is to confirm exactly what happened.

So initiate the chat session first.

How user will report to us ? Through connect chat ? or any any other path ?
