When a user reports that they are not able to see modules on the application navigator, what can you do,
to see what modules are visible to them?
Intiate the connect chat session ? Or
Impersonate the user ?

Hi @Ashok Kumar ,
you will impersonate user to see what the user can see when they open ServiceNow.

If your company policy allows you to impersonate that user, then do it and check which modules he has/hasn't access to.
Impersonating a user gives you an idea about what the user sees and what pages he can access (in the next experience or a portal).

Impersonate the user is the right answer. Connect Chat doesn't help much.
