Users in the group are not able to view reports/Dashboard

Hi, 

For a requirement, we have created a custom table for service requests, created a custom portal to raise service requests for custom categories that are stored in custom table created. Also, created a support team with 9 users in that group who will work for requests raised from custom portal. we created a scoped application and a role for that application and also, a custom role for the portal, assigned those roles to users. Added report_user role to the users to view the reports and dashboard that has data of custom service requests table. Here the issue I'm facing is after adding mentioned custom roles and report_user role to the user, when i impersonate and check for reports, it is not showing reports for that user. It is showing like mentioned in attached image. What i have to do to fix this.

Please check whether the Report has been shared with Group are Not?

is the Group is Missing with any role or Dashboard is not Shared with them?

if you share the dashboard, any report in the dashboard also needs to be shared.

Please check the report and share the report as well.

yes I have shared report and dashboard both, still user cannot view the report/dashboard content

Hi @Naga jyothi sri ,

 

Based on the comment, it doesn't seem that you have created the report_view ACL properly / assigned the ACL properly. Please verify your configuration.
