Using a PDI for familiarization of OTB ServiceNOW ITSM configuration

I'm trying to learn the out of the box configuration of the ITSM modules from ServiceNOW (Request, Incident, Change, and Problem). Incident and Request (which are covered within the Admin Fundamentals course pretty well) are fine, but when trying to follow Problem Service NOW courses, I'm not seeing the options it guides me thru. For Example, there's no "Additional Action" option to create a Problem from an incident in my PDI. This makes me wonder what ITSM modules come activated within a PDI. Does anyone know if PDI's come with the full OTB ITSM suite from ServiceNOW? Would I be able to add/activate options in my PDI to get to my goal of learning the OTB config of ServiceNOW ITSM modules?
