Using catalog builder

Hi

I'm looking to implement Catalog builder for our organisation, but I'm having trouble finding the approval/publish flow when business owners publish their own requests. I can't seem to find any info on docs, anyone have any experience with it? 

The items should be created in a draft state, but they seem to automatically publish to the catalog.

Hi, 

As per the OOB the catalog builder is having following options. If you want to configure workflow you should go to Maintain Items -->Search the catalog item name --> Configure the workflow.

Hi Jonas,

 

You can check the "Service Catalog Item Request" flow. this may give you some insight into the approval process of the catalog items.
