Hi everyone,
I'm hoping to get some advice on change request approvals in our Servicenow instance (version Vancouver).
Right now, approvals go to the assigned group, which works well generally. But I'd like to explore a simpler way to make sure the right people review each change.
Ideally, I'd like approvals to automatically go to the support group members for each Configuration Item (CI) affected by the change. This would ensure relevant expertise is involved.
My question:
Is there a way in Vancouver to set up approvals based on the CI in a change request? Perhaps a built-in option or a recommended plugin from the store?
I've looked around the community forums but haven't found an exact answer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
