Variable data is now showing under report.

Hello Everyone,

We are currently facing an issue where non-admin users are unable to view the data associated with catalog form details. To troubleshoot this, we have taken the following steps:

1. Access Control Lists (ACLs): We reviewed the relevant ACLs to ensure that the necessary permissions are in place.
2. Roles Verification: We confirmed that the users have the required ITSM roles.
3. Catalog Admin Role: We even assigned the catalog_admin role to the affected users to broaden their access.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and non-admin users still cannot access the catalog form data.

Request for Support:

Could you please help us identify any additional configurations or overlooked settings that might be causing this restriction? Any guidance or suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for response.
Non-admins users uanble to the variables data.
Per suppose, I have submitted the form with name, code, atm number.
Now I need code and atm number details in report. previously users can able to access it now they are facing the issue.
Please provide suggestions and trouble shooting steps.
I have attached screen shot also, please find it.

Do they have access to see that data when they open the RITM?

if know open and check if there is any read role set on the variable and check whether the users have it or not

Hi Chaitanya,

Yes they can able to read the requested item details data on RITMs.
But they unable to view the data in reports and also when they fetch the data through API also.
