Variables not visible in sc_task

Hi,

I created an item with a properly workflow that works very well. The variables of the item encoded in the form appear correctly in the ritm and tasks.

In addition, I created a table and a related transform map in order to create ritm automatically after uploading Excel files. The variables also appear correctly in the ritm and the workflow also works well. However, the variables do not appear in the task or are integrated in the wrong task.

Can somebody help me about this issue, please ?

have you included the variables in the task activity in the workflow ?

Hi Kalai,

Yes, the variables are included in the task activities in the workflow. When I start the workflow manually from the service catalog, the variables are well associated in each task. However, when the workflow starts automatically, all the variables are included in the Requested Item but not in the tasks.

Is there anything to be set up in the Variables editor ?

nothing extra needs to be done here ... things to check ,

first is variable editor included on the form layout of the task?

second to check if you have any custom script that is hiding this (may be some misconfiguration of script)?
