Dear Friends,
I have Self Service, Default, Metrics, Password and Mobile Views for my Incident form and i have choice to select any of these Views to open the incident form. Out of these choices, I want to remove "Metrics" View so that user can not use this view. I do not want to delete this View but just want to disable/hide it so that no body can select this View. This is just like any B rule or Client Script we can make them Active or Inactive any time. Would you be so kind to tell me how can i do that?
Thanks
Ramandeep

navigate to system ui-> views
Find your view and open it. There is a check box named "Hidden" ..use it
OR
You can add some roles and only people with that role will be able to access it(add admin ...may be)

Hi Anurag,
When I try to set an OOTB view to hidden, I get the following error message:
So basically, the names of the Out of Box views are not allowed by the system, therefore you cannot update them? And you should first rename them before you can hide them, or add roles?
Is this the only option? Seems a bit weird and not really good practice...
Kind Regards,
Annemarie

I've changed the name to Major_Incidents, which allowed me to update the UI view.
Seems a bit weird, but it works...

Doesn't allow space in the name it seems.
