Visibility of 'New' button on Task SLA related list and other lists as well

I want to achieve the below requirement, but not able to find the appropriate UI action on Task SLA table. How can I achieve this

 

Hide/Do not Display the "New" UI Action (button) on the RITM Record's Related List of "Task SLAs" - including do not display on any list view for this table.

No users other than the role = "admin" are able to view or access this button.

Check if you have any  "Create" ACL on task_sla . Update role there as per the requirement .

else create new to implement your requirement.

Steps to remove New button

-> Right Click on Related List Header

-> Configure list Control

-> Omit new button checkbox Mark True -> if you want noone to see that button

-> if you want only admin to see then add role in New roles field
