Walk-up Dedicated time slot not working for mobile app.

Hello,
We've implemented the walk-up experience and configured dedicated time slots based on the reason for the visit. While these slots are functioning correctly on the desktop version of the portal, they aren't working as expected on mobile devices.
Please help on this. Should I configure Dedicated time slots for mobile again, where should I do ?
