Walkup Experience - Appointment Booking based on Walkup Location and Not User Location

Hi  ,

I am facing this issue with Walkup Experience that when the User from different region (example - US) is trying to book an appointment to walkup Location in (Example - Europe). It is pulling the Appointment Schedule based on User Location and not Walkup Location.
 This is allowing to book the appointment outside the service timings of walkup location .

 Mapped Schedule  is Configured in Europe Zone.
Walkup Location Queue and Location are mapped  correctly.

Kindly assist in understanding this and help with a fix.

Hi Shiva39 ! 

I know your question was a long time ago, but we encountered the same issues and fixed it.

Maybe you don't need it anymore but figured it could be useful to others !

 

In our case, everything was properly mapped too, Time zone for schedules were correct, etc.

However, the time zone of the Location itself (Walk-up location's location) was set to "System".

After changing it to the correct time zone, the Appointment Schedule showed the information based on the Walk-up location. No more appointment outside opening hours !

 

We didn't thought of validating the Location (site) time zone at first, since they were already existing and we were just referring to them.
