Want to create metric definition to exclude non business hours

My requirement is to calculate the duration of On-hold Incident excluding non business hours(After 6PM or before 9AM). 

Suppose incident was put on hold for 2 days so it will not show on hold duration for 2 days it will exclude business hours so like it will show 18 hours(9*2).
