Warning: Coalesce field not indexed

Hi Experts,

I am seeing one warning alert while transforming data from import set table to target table only when I inserted coalesce for one of the fields on table. It is working as expected when removed coalesce.

Alert Message: "None of fields configured to coalesce are indexed on the target table. Unindexed coalesce fields may impact performance during transformation. If you want to create an index, click OK. Otherwise, click Cancel to return to your transform map."

I am getting one alert window as following after close the warning alert.

Please look into attached screenshot as a reference for warning alert.

Please help me to get reason that why do this alert popup and how to avoid it ?
