we unable to remove the ITIL role

we unable to remove the ITIL subscription role as an admin it has been greyed out also once we remove the agent access it is not syncing to reports

we have tried but still dint get removed also we selected and try to make it as target inactive still no luck also i am unable to raise case as well for the same AI chat re-directs same page once i click on the link

Hi @Chandu46 ,

 

You shouldn't remove the subscription directly from the user record, but instead utilize the subscription application. If the user is inactive then you can click "update allocation totals", whereafter the subscription will auto be removed. If you're utilizing the new subscription management application, the process is slightly different.
