What applications are installed on my instance?

For audit purposes, I needed to know what applications are actually installed on an instance, and bonus for usage.
My first stop was the Instance Usage module which gave me Application Usage Overview and ServiceNow Store Usage Overview. These seem fine, but there doesn't explicitly seem to be anything that gives me a clue as to what these items are associated with, {CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, etc...}. I did add in Product ID to the report lists, but still, no clue if what I'm finding is part of (CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, etc...).

My next stop was the Subscription Management module, to Subscription Overview and Custom Application Inventory. This does look a little closer to the info I'm looking for as for instance when I click into one of the entries listed, I'm taken to a bit more info about the entry which does show me the listed applications associated with the subscription.

Clicking Customer Service Management...

But now, I have no info about actual application usage, and I still don't have explicit info concerning (CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, etc...)

So, is there a dashboard or report that somehow combines these data sets AND gives me the explicit info concerning (CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, etc...) association?

You can use this query:

https://INSTANCENAME.service-now.com/xmlstats.do?include=plugins
For Store Plugins:

https://INSTANCE NAME.service-now.com/sys_store_app_list.do
