What are the different types of ITSM licensing?

Can some only please provide me with what are the different types of ITSM licensing or if there's a breakdown on the type of ITSM licesning?
Also, Can someone please provide with a list of all the ServiceNow ITSM personas and what they do? for example ITSM fullfiller - fullfils request, reviewer - reviews and approves/rejects request, etc. A link to a documentation on this would be really helpful.
