What are the official personas defined by ServiceNow?

I am looking for official details on different personas mentioned by ServiceNow.

1. Some say ESS user, some say end user, some say business user.

2. Some say ITIL user, some say fulfiller, some say resolver

 

I am looking for official docs on this. Please share if you have.

I doubt we have any specific doc for this, let me search but in workshop i heard is is 

End User and fulfiller. 

 

You can check on Now Create, the process workshop of data foundation or incident management.

Hi,

I didn't come across any official doc that defines what persona are needed in your org, it really depends on the client/ Industry and what all features in ServiceNow are you using.

 

There are support material available that will help you define what personas are needed
