Following are the stages of SLA:

Go to sys_dictionary.list

In table column search for task_sla ,

then search for stage filed in column name, you will get these values.

Hi Chanikya,

I don't think so there is any states on SLAs. To define start, pause and stop conditions, We use states of the other tables (e.g . incident, problem) on which we are configuring sla.
