Also as onchange client scripts are not working on RITM, I tried to achieve my requirement which is to clear assigned to on clearing of assignment group, even not suggesting assigned to in mid of clearing , I partially achieved through ui policy , but still can anyone help me out behind the reason on why its not working

did you add alert and debug?

share screenshots.

If client script not working, try to add alert statements. If you are still not sure share your script anyone over community can help you out.

Check for Client Scripts or UI Policies that conflict with the working of this client script.
