What do I do with this Salesforce scoped flow?

 This seems to be a SalesForce spoke Flow.  How can I begin to troubleshoot or who do I contact?

If it is OOB spoke flow, and if you have not customized anything, log a case to your Servicenow vendor.

 

If for integration, you have configured Salesforce integration profile in your instance, Make sure you have given Correct endpoint with correct hostname as error is throwing unknown host Name.

 

Also make sure , in the integration Profile , you have given correct mid server details , if needed.
